The food was excellent this past Friday. I loved the mango salmon, Cajun tuna roll, lemon salmon roll, garlic edamame, and katsu curry udon. The restaurant's interior creates a unique ambiance and the staff is always super friendly and welcoming!
This place is amazing. The sushi is fresh. Great service and wonderful vibe. The decor inside takes you right to Japan. They do such a good job making you feel like you've traveled thousands of miles.
It was amazingly delicious and everything was perfect! The size portion was large and enough to get you full and satisfied. My boyfriend enjoyed the rolls and I really liked the bulgogi hot plate. We had Jimmy as our waiter and he was nice and he always checked on us to make sure we were good and made great recommendations for appetizers. It is the the holidays season, so they had it cozy with holiday music and a beautiful tree. I will definitely be back out here to restaurant. Thanks for a great experience.
Our servers were great and attentive. We arrived around noon on a Sunday. My hot sake, green tea, miso soup, eel sushi, salmon sushi and tamago sushi was perfect. I tried some of the edamame and it was great. Music was nice. It was not too busy so it felt relaxed at that time.
Food was amazing, but the time to get the food took a little longer then I anticipated. Overall it was great.
So glad there's a good sushi spot right on downtown Fullerton. The interior is cute and the booth seatings give you some privacy for your own groups. They have the "omakase" boxes in regular and premium, the sushi is individually placed in a box which was super cute and eye catching. I'm not a tuna person but their blue fin was delicious. Definitely recommend their salmon roll with fresh salmon inside and on top with a thin lemon slice, was super refreshing. Would definitely be back.
The entrance where you can see a bar and the sushi station in the middle, is very attractive. Has various types of sitting from booths, more private sections or Japanese style (Dadami) as well as patio sitting. Food and service are also excellent. Ordered additional food to take out for my husband as well. I didn't order any alcoholic drinks as we went in for lunch, but saw other table's cocktails coming out beautifully. Will return for dinner to try.
We love weekday deals!! Buy one get another roll 50% off total each person with miso and tip still ended up being like $36 (not super cheap but this price could get you ayce) Overall the sushi was delicious! I got the super dragon and ex girlfriend roll (protein style). Food came out fast and server checked on us frequently. Wouldn't mind coming back to try their other options like udon or bowls!
